All of the meals here are so easy to make and typically require less than 5 ingredients. Hey, I am all about simplicity!
I am loving all of the Paleo baking that I am doing -experimenting with coconut flour, almond flour, flax meal. It is amazing all the options beyond white flour. The great thing is that they actually taste delicious and are truly healthy for you.
As an aside, some of you have emailed to inquire if I am no longer a vegetarian since I am using so many Paleo recipes. I am still a 100% vegetarian, but I really enjoy using the Paleo recipes for baking. They really do taste yummy.
